The dinner and breakfast were AMAZING!!! The staff were happy and helpful and accommodated all my needs immediately. I found the bed and pillows comfortable. I also loved the body and hair products this hotel provided.

The hotel boasts AMAZING surroundings with abundant bird life and very nice views from the balcony. The location is quiet and peaceful, nice for total relaxation. Forest walks are all around the hotel.

Breakfast was abundant, with lots of options available to suit different tastes. Dinner was also great. The menu was diverse and the food was well-prepared. I was impressed with the quality of the dining experience.

The hotel offers very numerous facilities with many options including lovely pools, saunas and steam rooms. The spa facilities were extensive and much more excellent than the pictures showed. It was a PERFECT getaway!!!

i wasnt happy with some stuff here. some staff were rude to me and very short. the ac in my room wasnt working well, or maybe it was just hard to figure out. also, some lights in the room werent plugged in, and a bathroom light stayed on all night, it lit up the whole bedroom. i feel pretty deflated after this stay.

the hotel grounds are lovely the workout facility is limited i found significant issues with the service the hotel prioritized a conference making it difficult for other guests room service and restaurant access were denied the breakfast staff did not offer assistance and seemed to ignore non-italian speakers
